Our Story

Sky Universal Realty is the product of Kevin Davis’ over 12 years of experience in working in real estate. After spending over 20 years working internationally, Davis wanted to bring his knowledge to Acadiana. Since its founding, Sky Universal Realty has been dedicated to the idea of educating potential buyers to ensure they have all the tools they need at their disposal. Whether it be through Sky Universal Realty or our nonprofit, Step Up Acadiana, we want to keep the people of Acadiana informed on everything they need to know when looking for the perfect property.
